2004 XC90 T6 key replacement

Hey, Just bought 2004 XC90 T6 and have only 1 key in bad shape. Any recommendations? I found some brand new keys on Ebay, but not sure if dealer has to programm it..

The key can only be programmed by the dealer.

regular key won't turn, valet key will
