Default 2005 xc90 replace upper rear motor mount

I am new volvo owner. 2005v xc90 i5 turbo. My mechanic 2 months ago told me my upper rear motor mount needs to be replaced. I bough the part already, just waiting for it to come in.

My question is how hard is this to change? planning on doing it myself because it just seemed like a few bolts...

and if the uppper rear is broken I assume it puts strain on the other ones... do I need to replace the other ones as well?

I have replaced all of mine. The top one is easiest, or next to the easiest. The next easy one, is under, in front of the tranny. The easier of the harder three is the Cone front of engine, and then really difficult one is the rear cone. and for technically more things to worry about, the one under the crank shaft is the hardest one. (only for the technical reasons. The first three can be done fairly painlessly. The rear was a total pain. The crankshaft one, you have to raise the engine, so you have to have released other motor mounts, and then place it, and then drop the engine. the Rear cone, you can never have the engine high enough, and then one bolt is hiding behind a stupid crossbeam, or (something 3 years ago complaint/project). The top one, you just have to remove all 3 of the spark plug covers (middle plastic) It might not hurt to pull the front of the intercooler tube, (loosen front, and that will allow you to get the all three bolts. I did this job once, and I am going to do it (top one) again this week. I am sure I seen something on Youtube. Provided on the feedback, I can input last steps after I revisit this.
Good luck
