I have a 2006 v8 awd xc90. I have noticed that in that last few months of warmer weather my trans acts as if its wanting to slip. not in any certain gears though. what I find strange is that the car shifts great until the unit is heat soaked then the problems seem to arise. if you can get the car up to 55-60 in open traffic for 5-10 miles it stops slipping as bad. I wondered if this could be caused by electrical of if it sounds like a mechanical failure.


I bought the car last November and it has developed several mil lights on the cluster with multiple messages on the dash as well.


any help would be much appreciated
