Hi there!

my tailgate (2008 XC90) is not open because the latch is not unlock, I try using the remote two options (twice press unlock or the tailgate button) also try the driver door unlock button… the issue is the latch remains locked.

I would line to fix it but I don’t how to open from
inside. Does anybody knows how?

Well after a couple hours of research, I open the tailgate following the following video link, thanks to Sacha. After that I check for the energy signal, and found out that is the actuator, the whole latch works but not the electric actuator. Now I'll search for the actuator only and in the case not found out then buy the whole latch.
