I have a 2008 Volvo XC90 with the Active Bi-Xenon Headlights (ABL) option. Despite the center console control indicator light indicating the system is activated, the headlights fail to turn as they did previously. Ideas for troubleshooting?

 

I had same issue, code in vidafor hcm. Which is silly small black plastic relay under the driver side carpet seat Rail. Swapped out with a new one and lights work great side to side button no longer flashes and can turn function on and off
