2011 XC90 3.2L A/C only blows cold when rear a/c button is pressed on.
UPDATE: Replaced the pressure control valve and ac is working great. I ordered my part from FCP Euro.
When idling, it’s cool but not cold (with rear ac on). It’s already in the 90’s here 🥵
Do you think the compressor needs replaced? Maybe just the pressure control valve? Something else? Thank you!

It's actuality a displacement control valve - and that's certainly a common failure that can cause poor cooling at lower speeds. .
Thank you, I’ll see if FCP has the part.
You might want to actually diagnose (or have someone diagnose) the problem first - it's pretty frustrating to replace something (that can cost a few hundred dollars) and have it not solve your problem.
Besides the compressor or pressure control valve, it could also be a problem with the system's airflow or temperature regulation.
First, check the refrigerant levels and make sure there are no leaks.
Also, check the A/C condenser and radiator for any dirt or things blocking airflow.
A clogged or dirty cabin air filter can also reduce airflow and affect A/C performance.
Plus, check the A/C condenser fans and compressor clutch.
