Less than 2200 miles on 2024 XC90, and this error popped up on the console. As soon as we got the car home and shut it off it would not restart. I have a call into the Service Mgr for options. It's sitting dead in the driveway. Check Engine light has also been coming on, and they said it's nothing. Likely software. We have an appt in 2 days, but hoping they will get us working tomorrow. Anyone else experienced anything similar?

 

This could indeed be a software issue. A software update might fix it.
For now, try disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes and then reconnect it. This might reset the system and start your car, but it's only a temporary fix.
Maybe, also, check the battery terminals and cables.
