Gday guys

we (the wife mainly) have had our 2012/13 xc90 D5 r-design for near enough 10 years. Have loved the car, has been very reliable for the most part, have maintained service history and I think the only real issue we had beyond the regular intervals was a clock spring
anyway - wife wants a new one! Im not going to fork out 100k tho so am looking at a near new my17 - 18 mode, low kms, diesel

thing is I have a bit of a lean towards a similar vintage q7 and am not 100% convinced on the volvo albeit I love the design

i was wondering if owners out there might be able to share with me the Ins and outs, the good and the bad of the new model. What to look out for, anything in particular to avoid and fundamentally am I going to get myself a newer slicker more modern version of my current car which, again, is very reliable and ultimately my main concern…or am I going to throw out my dated yet reliable Swedish tank for a Chinese / Swede money bucket?!?!!
