2016 XC90 Daytime Running Light Issue
The passenger side daytime running light (DTR) quit working on our 2016 XC90. When the lights are first turned on, the outside of the DTR will turn on for a second and then go out. It looks like one of the LED's might be out. It's tough to tell where the LED's are located though. Are there two on the outside and one on the inside? Is the system smart enough to shut itself off when a LED light is out? I tried to take the headlight assembly out and it looks like you might need to remove the bumper cover to remove the assembly. Has anyone had issues with the running lights? How hard is it to replace them?
This is a video of when the unlock button is pressed. The light flashes orange and then the white appears for a second and goes out. It looks like it should have another light in the middle on the right side and possibly in the middle on the left.

I'd really appreciate that. Thank you.
That would be great if you could look into the controller controls. I wonder if I could move the controller to the other side for troubleshooting...
I took our XC90 to the dealer and they said the headlight needs to be replaced. I thought he said it was the module. I'm guessing he meant the controller on the back. They will replace the entire headlight. The good news is that I found out I am still under warranty.
Thanks for the help!
