2016 XC90 Map Update Fail Via USB

• Started Volvo
• Navigation Map was working fine
• Inserted USB Stick
• Volvo XC90 2016 detected Navigation Map Update (North America approximately 36 GB)
• Update started .... 1% --- 65%
• ACCIDENTALLY TURNED OFF VOLVO (I know I'm an idiot)
• Navigation Map Update Fail
• Now I cannot get maps updated at all. I have turned off Volvo and turned it back on. Inserted USB stick and yet nothing.

Now I am back at Volvo Sensus Update web page re-downloading the North American navigation map. It is VERY SLOW ..... AGONIZINGLY SLOW. 4GB of 36.98GB downloaded. Using a 64GB USB stick formatted in FAT32.

I'm hoping a new download will kick-start the update and get me back up and running with Navigation again.

Has ANYONE been through this? Any advice and/or suggestions. Yes if I can't get this to work I'll phone Volvo dealership and cry over the costs for assistance later. Just hoping someone on here knew what to do and could help me out. For example, do I need to do a factory reset? A YouTube video said I needed to unplug the battery for 30 minutes ???? So I'm here hoping someone can shed light and knowledge.
