Default 2017 - Dead Battery, Should I be Worried?

Hello All,

I am new to the group and have a new XC90 as of two weeks ago. After having it a week, we went away for the holidays. Upon return, the car would not start and I had to jump it off. Actually used Volvo On Call, just in case it was more than that and it needed to be towed. It's been fine since, but I'm concerned that there may be more going on here.

Are any new XC90 owners experiencing the same thing? Surely, this is not normal, or is it? Comments or feedback from others?

Thanks much in advance,

Jon

your car should not drain the battery after a week. Considering you are under warranty, I'd have the dealer look for a battery drain - could be something as simple as a small light staying lit with the key out.
