just got a 2018 D5 momentum.

love it, superb car to drive however based on the VIN it was originally purchased new in qld and therefore no heated seats. I have checked and checked and I seriously don’t think is has this option…can’t believe it is an option tbh??

first question is there anything else I can do other than looking for the seat at the lower left and right of the centre console?? Cos I have no seat image! Ie. is there anything I can check in the system or otherwise to see if it’s been deliberately deactivated?
second on the basis I am right and for some god for saken reason heated seats are an option - what would it take to retro fit? Is it a full hardware and software job or potentially just software??
I need heated seats! Melbourne is cold!
