Hi, I am new to the Forum and need help. I am out of the country with a 2018 XC90 T6 R Design. My car has stopped running and gives me a reduced engine power light (turtle) and then shuts off. I contacted Volvo and they said they would not diagnose the problem over email, take it to a dealer. That is a problem for me, there is no dealer in the country I am stationed. I have purchased a scanner and the codes it gives me tell me there is something going on with the fuel pump and ECM. The codes are:

1. P008A00 Low pressure Fuel System(LPFS) pressure – too low
2. P228C00 Fuel Pressure regulator1 exceeded control limits – pressure too low
3. P263600 Fuel pump “B” low flow/performance
4. U2C6992 Invalid signal received from another control module, Component faults, Performance/operation fault

Can anyone help me with the diagnosis? There was a recall I was made aware of yesterday where this happens in the 19-20 models. It suggests changing the 15 amp fuse for the fuel pump to a 20 amp. I tried this to no avail after clearing the codes. Same codes returned. Please help.
