Default 2018 XC90 sensus infotainment issue

Has anyone seen this issue? The black bar show up and blocks the screen. It occasionally happens only when navigation starts. The service center updated the software last year but today I see the same issue again.

is it different when you start up with the car in the garage? Sounds like the unit is searching for the GPS signal to sync up.

Never seen the issue in the garage. It happens as soon as you set up a destination and start the navigation. The photo above is after navigation is canceled. The black bar is still there.
It rarely happens so I still couldn't figure out how to remove the black bar once it shows up. Last time, I turned off the car, waited in the car for a minute, started it again, and it was still there.

By the way, I found there's another thread with the same issue with the title, 'Black bar on navigation screen'.
Sorry for duplicated thread on the same issue. I don't know how to remove the thread I created.
