Hi All,
Tomorrow I plan to purchase the 05 xc90 v8 and am really excited except it does not have many of the features I accustom to enjoying so I would like to update the vehicle. I am ignorant to these matters and am turning to y'all before allowing the dealer to rape me financially!
When looking at gps units online tonight they were sorted by features ie- turn by turn, bluetooth, voice activated etc- my question is if I buy an after market unit is it possible to have it pop out like the factor installed ones? And do all my features like i pod and bluetooth have to function through the gps unit?
Steering wheels have the option of nav or w/out (I assume that is the wiring for hand controls?). I would also like add xm and want to have all these gadgets tucked away as much as possible.
Last question my last car used a disk system for gps data that did not reflect new construction. Is it possible to have a unit that self updates via the web?? Any recommendations?
Thanks for all your help!!
