Anyone able to remove cracked side decal?

I haven't done one but I would think using some gentle heat would work. Hair dryer or heat gun. That's how they remove factory trim that uses adhesive rather than clips.

The only thing that the heat will do is melt the adhesive and allow the clear to come off. If the adhesive is that far gone and hard, then try 3M adhesive remover and a plastic tool to try and work it away from the paint.
This will be a slow process I assure you. Before I'd spend that much time, I'd see if a body shop would do it.
