My aux plug in my XC90 does not work anymore. I took it back to the volvo dealer that I bought it from, and they would not replace it saying that it looks like something was "jammed" in there therefore the warranty was voided. The WORST customer service of anything I have ever owned.

Can the AUX plug be replaced? Is it something that is fiber optic? I think they put in different one because I have the all black interior and the ring of the aux plug is grey. This is very frustrating so hopefully someone can help.
