Then you have to pry the top of the door frame out enough to get a long skinny tool in that will reach the inside door release handle to be able to pull it. Google car break in tools for examples. It's best to work on the passenger door rather than the drivers - that way if you scratch something you won't have to see it every time you get in the car. Then get your door lock fixed to avoid this in the future (the door has to be open to get to the door lock mechanism)
