I've been reading up a bit and apparently the 2016 xc90 is notorious for burning oil and outright engine failure, this problem wasn't fixed until the 2017 model . Unfortunately, I didn't know this before purchasing the car.
I bought it directly from the volvo dealer. It had 86,000 miles. This was 20 days ago. NYS has a lemon law that's valid for 30 days. I reached out to volvo but I think they're jerking my chain. Anyone know if a lemon law covers this?
