Buying a 2007 XC90 V8

I am trading my T6 for a 2007 XC90 V8. This car has 26000 miles and carries the Certified warranty. I hope I am making the right decision.
If anyone has any thoughts I would like to read them soon. Thanks!

I believe the V8 is Yamaha-built and seems to have a good reputation, and does not come with the notorious GM-built tranny.

If you love the XC90s, I would believe you are making a good decision. However, I myself am not into SUVs so you may want to hear from other SUV drivers.
