Good evening, I picked up my 2024 XC90 about 3 weeks ago and all was fine. This weekend for reasons unknown the app has started displaying the error as below - saying that its in privacy mode. Has anyone managed to fix this issue?

App is in android (Samsung s23 ultra), So far I have tried, factory reset, Using a Pixel 7 instead of the Samsung (didn't work), creating a new Volvo account (didn't work) using an Iphone with a different Volvo account (did work). I think the issue is something to do with the andoid app/my android settings.

Any help appreciated.
