Do not buy this car: YV1CZ91H431001110
Beware this vehicle....YV1CZ91H431001110 2003 Volvo XC90 T6
I bought this car 2 weeks ago only to have it break down on me in 6 days. The car was lighting up the transmission service urgent light. We immediately called the dealer who sold the vehicle to us and they agreed to have it repaired. The dealer did not want the mechanic to speak with us directly and in fact, they were all insistent there was nothing wrong with the car and they simply reset the vehicle's computer. We spoke with 2 independent mechanics who told us that resetting the computer simply masks the issue for a time, but it will happen again. We demanded that they fix it right as we had made a verbal agreement with them. They refused. After we contacted a lawyer, the mechanic who looked at the car admitted there was a problem, but he didn't know for sure if it was the transmission or the computer. We fought with the dealer to get our money back and unwind the deal, which they finally agreed to, so the vehicle is no longer ours. However, it is back on their lot for sale. If a dealer sells a car with a known issue, it is fraud. Not only that, this car is a safety issue because WHEN it breaks down again, it will cause an accident.
Keep your family safe, please don't buy this car.
