driver side high beam won't stay up

driver side high beam won't stay up
Hi all, I've searched like crazy and can't find the solution.
Xenon headlamps, switch is on (12 o'clock position), and if you try the high beams the passenger side lamp goes up and stays up while the driver side lamp goes up and comes back down. This leaves one lamp on high beam and one on low beam.
Please help!
