I have an XC90 with an overhead DVD monitor and separate player. I have the earphone jacks on both sides of rear seats. How can the DVD player be listend through the headphones in the back seats while the cd player or radio is on in the front. Is there any way this is possible. And if it is possible with wireless headphones, are all headphones compatible with any dvd or do you have to purchase specific ones. Thanks.

 

I am going on my memory, which is really good; just short. My head phones were wireless. They would be tuned to the DVD playing regardless of what was on up front. If you wanted to tune the front to listen to the DVD system, there was a specific FM frequency that would play the DVD over the car stereo. Great system to keep the Grand kids entertained...
