Does replacing the O2 sensor fix this exhaust leak?

 

fix what exhaust leak? The o2 sensor just screws into bung that is welded into the downpipe. If you have a leak, its most likely the flex pipe (that steel mesh at the bottom of the pic), the EGR tube (not in the pic) or perhaps a bolt or the gasket between the manifold and the downpipe.
