Free $200--offer by Volvo to test my emissions
I just recieved a letter from Volvo and AutoTesting Development Services (ATDS) asking to 'borrow' by 2006 XC90 for 5-10 days to do emissions testing. They will pay me $200, get me a loaner Volvo, give me a full tank of gas,etc
Is this a scam? Anyone else get this notice?

5-10 days to do emissions testing on your Volvo? First of all, why would Volvo need to borrow a car to do emissions testing on a Volvo?Emissions testing for any car takes no more than 5 minutes at ourlocal CO State emissions testing station. Call the number for Volvo's tech support (under Ford on the internet) and ask them. Sounds like a scam.
