Default Fuel leak

I have an 04 xc90 2.5t. I’ve been smelling fuel and their was no visible leak but got under to discover a tiny crack at the overflow connection to the tank. Problem is I’m tryin to figure out what the part is an how to fix. It’s a blue connection that fits to the tank an the overflow hose connects to it. Thanx in advance

Is it part of the filler neck? If it's part of the neck drill out any plastic rivets and remove the plastic fender liner to get an unobstructed view.

Can you see it?

You may want to check out a parts diagram to get a sense of how the fuel tank is designed and what parts can be replaced

It’s next to the filler. I think it’s something to do with the over flow. It’s a blue pipe and tryin to figure out if I can replace this or if I have to replace the whole tank. I’ve looked at tank diagrams but doesn’t show what I’m lookin at
