I can't seem to find any good information on where the fuse boxes are located in the vehicle. I'm trying to install a dash cam and expected to see a fuse compartment under the steering wheel or in the passenger footwell. Is it hidden behind the carpet? The owners manual shows a fuse box, but it's clearly not visible. I'm afraid of removing a bunch of trim and carpet and not finding it!

Theres one under the passenger front carpet, near where your right foot would be

 

look in owner manual. there is one on driver end of dash. another one under the plastic trim piece above driver's knees.
