Default Light mounting locations on front of car?

OK, if the dark winter is reminding me of one thing .... it's how the headlights on this car are just not the greatest thing.

I have a set of driving lights lying in the basement and I'd like to mount them.

Besides trying to finnagle something w/ the factory fog locations, is there any location on the nose of the car where I'd find something solid to mount to behind the bumper cover? Somewhere slightly above license plate height would be preferable.

Hey I know this is an old thread, but did you ever mount those lights on your bumper? I'm looking to do the same sort of thing with my 240. I have a set of hella fog and driving lights I want to mount in the same area. If you did mount them, did you build some sort of a light bar? I'm just trying to get ideas how to mount all four. Thanks for your input.
