Looking for the proper steps to adjust the low beams on a 2006 XC90.

Looking for what the distance is the car needs to be from a wall and at what hight the beam needs to be at and how far apart the beams need to be too.

I have read many other forums but not specific for the xc90. I know each cars is different as a suv and sedan should not have the same beam hight etc..

Also if someone could let me know with pictured where the adjustment screws are located on the headlight housing.
