I have a 2011 XC90 with the Xenon HID bulbs. The headlights, both sides, are dangerously dim (e.g., can't drive unless fog lights are on), the high beams flick on but they are worse because the fog lights turn off when the high beams are activated and the high beams don't throw more light. I have replaced the bulbs and aimed the bulbs with no luck. I haven't cleaned the projectors but don't believe that is the issue.

Has anyone experienced this issue and what was the solution?

I tend to think it is a ground fault error and I plan on checking out, but does anyone know where the headlights are grounded in a 2011 XC90?
