Started a couple of days ago on the first start of the day. Notification center pops up 1 message and it's the low beam bulb failure. I was able to turn the DRL off and back on and it would dissapear. Started it this morning and it had said message, but it wouldn't turn off. I checked both low beam bulbs and they were on. Both driver and passenger side. Is this a fuse issue or melted wire issue?

 

For clarification purposes I have the halogen headlight assembly. Thanks
