I have a 2007 XC90 3.2L with 160,000 miles on it. I've been replacing all the engine mounts and need some advice for removing the right front lower engine mount. The large bolts (17mm) going into the frame I can't budge.
Anybody have success on removing those bolts (17mm)? The 13mm ones attaching to the engine are a piece o' cake. I really don't want to remove the axle shaft. It looks like it should be possible without doing that. Just can't break those two bottom bolts loose.

Ideas anyone?? Getting ready to take it to a shop and have some one else do it.

 

I take it by getting no replies no one has done this themselves, which is probably the same route I will go.
