I notice a missing piece on the left side. I don't know how to explain it and I couldn't locate it using the diagrams shared by Volvo parts. Would you tell me what it is? Is it important to replace it? I am afraid rain water will get in under the hood.
Attached are 2 pictures. The missing part is pointed to by a red arrow while the part on the right side for comparison is pointed to by a green arrow. It's the black plastic cover/lid thingy.
