HID to halogen conversion

Am tired of buying new bulbs for wifes 04 xc90. I would like to convert to halogen and replace the assemblies as hers are badly oxidized. How is this done?

HID to halogen conversion

I am trying to find out how to convert from HID to halogen, and have found replacement halogen headlight assemblies online, but they say they are not compatible. How do I convert to halogen?

Instead of converting, try the cheap ebay HID bulbs? I bought two for 12 bucks including shipping... and they work great!
