Default I can't find my intake air temperature sensor

2005 XC90 has a check engine light on and it won't pass the emissions test within on. My scanner says it has a bad intake air temperature sensor, it reads about 120 degrees higher than ambient temperature when engine is cold. Problem is I can't find it on my vehicle. I ordered a new one so I would know what it looked like but I still can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thumbs up Intake Air Temperature Sensor Location on a 2005 XC90 2.5T

Well just in case anyone else would need this information after a month of talking with eEuroparts.com who made me feel they were trying, searching the internet, calling local dealerships. I found out the intake air temperature sensor is built into the Boost Pressure Sensor mounted in the (Intercooler). I hope this helps someone else that has a intake air temperature sensor problem.

Does your check engine light flash when you try to accelerate? If it does it could be a bad coil pack. That's what mine did, it was an easy fix
