I have a 2007 Volvo XC90 and need to program a spare key. I have the instructions on how to program and as part of that process, I need the Immobilizer PIN Code. Does anyone know where I can find the PIN code for my vehicle?

I own a 1998 Volvo S40 that I imported from Japan. At some point in time, I lost access to my radio and contacted Volvo through Ford Motors South Africa as we have no Volvo dealers in East Africa. With proof of ownership of the car, they in additio to the radio code provided me with all factory security codes including Ignition key, Imobilizer pin and verylog code. This post might be quite late but I guess If you contacted them, they could surely help you with all you need. I guess it is also safer having them on you for future use.

I'm considering duplicating my ignition key which also has a transponder; may you please share with me the way to go about it. I have one left key on me and I'm afraid It may get lost at any point. I'm not interested in reprograming but would just love to get an exact duplicate of what I have. Good point is that I have both the Ignition key code and the Immobilizer pin.
