The service engine oil info came on. How do I clear it out of the information center without going to the dealer?? My v-70 was easy so tell me my xc-90 is also. Thanks for all your help. Bill

 

I just purchased a 05 XC90 V8 for my wife today. I do all my own mechanical work, so I have been looking into these things. I have read, but not personally tested yet, that to reset the change oil warning all you have to do is press and hold the trip reset button while the key is off and then turn the key to position 2 and hold until the orange triangle flashes on the counsel.
