Default Looking at a 07 XC90. Should I worry?

Hey All,
I'm new here and new to Volvo in general. I am looking at buying a 2007 XC90 with 128000 miles and one of the V8 models (I'm unsure of the exact details). Everything I have read so far seems to be generally upbeat about this year and model. I'm wondering if you all have any advice or issues I should look out for with this car.
Thanks,
Daniel

Interested as well. Just got an 04. Want to know what issues to look for. Seems to be pretty solid, and the version I got came with all of the bells and whistles.

Guess we need to start our own section for these V8 models. Not seeing much in where the grumpy people will tell us "search".

I suggest we find a better Volvo forum. I'm seeing more questions than answers here. Daniel, yes, I would buy it as long as you look over it carefully. First thing would be to let it sit and run at least 15 minutes while you look at everything else. Make sure it doesn't overheat. Everything beyond that expected wear and tear on vehicles this age.

LMAO would i be one those who don't own a V8 you speak of mine is 3.2.
I can only say how i went about it. took me awhile i started with what i wanted, then how much i had to spend. I got a vida dice unit recommended here, started looking.
Read and lurk here and on other forums for issues related to what you are looking for. in your case say 07 range.
Few nights of reading you get a good idea to look for.
The other thing is to drive it.
Generally from what i have learned is these things are rocks for the most part as long as they are maintained at least reasonably by previous owner.
Mine was on the used car lot his wife was still driving it when i bought it. Dice was good. Everything works, new tires and brakes. cert and 6 month drive train.
For an 08 just over 130 k miles it was great deal.
Some forums like this one will help im sure sometimes they like when you do some work 2. is all
Good luck with your 07

Double checked my bill of sale. Mine is an 05. I would not steer anyone away from a Volvo. I just work on a lot of things, and you get to a point where a vehicle is not worth putting money into. I just sold my Trailblazer SS for that reason. I'm here for the knowledge, and I will share anything I know. Thank you and anybody else who can give sone insight since this is my first Volvo.

Also, the reason I'm looking for another forum is that this one looks dead. Not really any new posts. A lot from 2014 or older.
