So my 2004 xc90 keeps randomly dying. New battery, new fuel filter, not alternator. It starts right back up. Can anyone help?

 

Have you scanned the car with an appropriate scanner? Any codes stores?

 

my 2008 155k 3.2 has stopped when my fuel gets below 50 miles left on the screen. No idea why. when it stops I coast to the side of the road and then I can start it and runs fine for a bit and does it again until I fill it up. Have new filters etc... and doesn't matter. never found the problem -so I keep the fuel level above 75 miles left on the display. Does yours stopping happen when low on fuel?
