Okey I have a/2006 XC90 that the windshield wipers stopped working on have checked fuses and bolts that hold wipers on not that. So any body have a idea.when l turn them on nothing but a humming nose then it stops and doesn't do anything no nose or anything

 

the humming noise may be the wiper motor. Have you looked at the linkage from the wiper motor to the arms? Thinking that the connecting rod has come off. if that's good then you need to check power to the motor itself.

 

Okay going to check the wiper linkage tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up it started pouring the rain last night driving home so got to fix it.
