Default Oil Found at Bottom Passenger Side of Engine, Can't find Leak

Hello,

Behind the front passenger tire, at the bottom corner of the engine, I see thick black oil, which is also around the cv joint boot and wiring, AND I CANNOT FIND THE LEAK (area has been cleaned of old oil). It's throwing me off because the oil isn't runny, but is thick. There are no holes in the cv joint boot. My car is giving a low oil level message. I just recently changed my engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant. So all levels have been checked and restored except the transmission fluid.
Has anyone else experienced this and can point me in the right direction for which oil/fluid could be leaking?
