Default Problems with Media Center

I’m a new owner of a used 2016 XC 90. We have been playing with the infotainment center and have a few issues:

1. Spotify - when I got the car there was a Spotify app, so I logged in - it took forever to load but it was the first time so whatever. Then I continued to have issues - tried to pair it and it wouldn’t work and kept logging me off. So I decided to uninstall with the intent to reinstall. Well, since uninstalling the app has disappeared completely! I can’t find it to reinstall. I did a factory reset but no luck - any tips?

2. the map - it’s been trying to download the map for my selected region for what feels like days now. It’ll try and try and never seems to be fully updated. I turned off auto updates, but I’d love it to download this map at least once

any advice?

You might be able to use the memory stick method for map updates - I used that method for my 2015
