Questions about new XC90
I have a 2011 XC90 V8 and LOVE it. But I'm ready to get a new car because my car is looking a little beat up, plus I really want all the new technology bells and whistles, like phone integration. I borrowed a friend's new XC90 T8 (I'm not sure of the exact year) and I did not like it. The ride is very stiff and bouncy. I love the ride of my XC90. It's so comfortable yet not floaty. I have read that the new XC90s ride much better with the air suspension option. Does anyone know if I'm going to get the same level of comfort with a new XC90 with air suspension, as compared to my 2011 XC90 V8?
Thanks!
Thanks!
I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of mine. The ride on the 2019 XC90T8 with the air suspension was spectacular. This is my build: 2020 Volvo XC90T8 Silver Exterior/Maroon-Brown Interior, 21 Inch Rims, Advanced & Luxury Packages, Park Assist, Bowers & Wilkens Audio, Adaptive Air Suspension
By the way Volvo is running a special promotion for all plug in hybrid models ordered from October 2019 through May 2020 that they will cut a check for the total of the kw the vehicle takes in over the next 12 months of ownership, regardless of where the charging takes place, and multiply that total number of kw times the national average cost for electricity. So as I calculate it, for an estimated 15,000 miles of use and applicable charging, that might total around $750-1000. That is a very nice bonus!
