I have a 2018 XC90 and cannot figure out this feature that is very annoying. My radio will automatically turn on when the car is completely off and the driver door is opened. For instance, car has been off all night, my son went out to my car WITHOUT my fob and opened the driver door and the screen booted up and the radio turned on. Not really a huge issue if the radio auto turned off, but it doesn't! This happened a month or so ago and I assumed it would but it definitely didn't and killed my battery!! How do I turn this awful setting off??? I cannot find a place to.

 

I have had the same annoying issue for years on my xc90. Is there a fix to the radio turning itself on automatically? It happens when the door is opened, and does not turn off automatically.
