Radio Light Bulb Replacement
It would appear that we have a couple of lights out in our radio (volume **** and one lower down). Does anybody know how to get the radio out without damaging the dash / radio finish?
Thanks,
Mike

I had a similar problem with myS70 radio light fading out especially when driving at night it was a nuisance , I found a Radio Service online Wireman1.com that fix the problem for less then the dealer price. The cost for myVolvo Radio was $125.00 which was good for me since I needed to get this done.
I thank most Volvo radio are remove the same way..on the two side edges of the Radio there is a pin handle
look closely at the middle of the side edge, now take your finger nail and push it in and it should pop out.
now grab the two at the same time and pull the Radio out slowly.
Good luck

I believe you'd have to remove shifter trim (pop it up), then you'll see screws allowing you to remove the radio control panel -search this forum or www.swedespeed.comfor "radio" and you should find a post with detailed instructions.
