Replacing spark plugs on XC90

Replacing spark plugs on XC90
Has anyone replace the spark plugs on an '03 XC90 T6 AWD (100000 miles). If yes I have the following questions.
1. How difficult is it?
2. What plugs do you recommend?
3. Any special tools besides the standard spark plug socket..etc.?
4. What else should be replaced along with the plugs? e.g. cables... etc.
I have replace spark plugs on other cars, but so far I have noticed this car is a little different and just wanted some advise.
