Rear Window Washer Not Working… Where to Start?

Rear Window Washer Not Working… Where to Start?
So the rear window washer hasn’t worked since I bought the car…wondering where to start tracing the problem… Does the supply hose run through the cabin or under the car?
Suggestions from those familiar with the system are appreciated.

Figured it out… The problem was me. 
Thought the upper toggle position on the end of the stalk was for the rear washer, similar to one of my other cars. Discovered the stalk has to be pushed forward for the rear sprayer.
