I own a 2005 XC90 2.5T turbo engine, recently I changed battery and changed one ignition coil which was not functioning well, afterwards I had reduced engine performance message, within some few hours when I started driving after parked overnight the accelerator was not function. We did a scan and the attach is the result. We cleared the code and had improved acceleration but not as before.

Please help

 

I'm no specialists but it seems like the throttle pedal sensor is malfunctioning.
I'd start with figuring out how many sensors are affiliated to the throttle position and cost to replace those.
I"m not sure your cooling fan code is the issue with the throttle but perhaps??
