Reduced engine performance on brand new T8

Reduced engine performance on brand new T8
Just bought a new 2019 XC90 T8.
On the second day of driving a"reduced engine performance" message flashed on the screen. It also said something about maximum speed.
This happened right after I put in a full tank of gas and accelerating uphill on the slight hill.
It seemed to be running fine. The message flashed twice. I haven't seen it after that and seems to run fine. But I am concerned it might happened again under acceleration or stress.
The car has barely a hundred miles on it. So I am a bit disappointed. Has anyone else have this happen to them?
